About the Role
The Customer Relations Specialist delivers excellence in customer experience by resolving customer and dealer complaints that present to the Contact Centre. Reporting to the Customer Relations Team Leader, you will investigate and obtain detailed information about complex cases and scenarios, adhering to internal policies and legislative requirements under Australian Consumer Law. You will help arrange loan vehicles as appropriate, escalate safety issues when required, and assist with the processing of warranty-related reimbursements where necessary. Core Responsibilities - Build respectful relationships with customers, and utilise your initiative to ensure that all customer and dealer enquiries are responded to in a timely manner
- Develop a strong knowledge of MMAL products and services, offering a comprehensive suite of solutions to customer issues
- Assist with the processing of customer and dealer reimbursements, ensuring accurate maintenance of documentation
- Maintain system and data information, ensuring that all owner updates and customer details are current
- Provide support and assistance to team members and the wider Customer Experience team where necessary
Essential Skills and Experience - Previous call centre experience, along with highly developed customer service skills
- High level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective and empathetic relationship with customers and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
